"Passport to the World Festival" in San Francisco

As one of the endorsers of the campaign to promote international travel, I’ll be at the table at Lonely Planet’s Passport to the World Festival featuring Michael Franti and friends, Friday night at Mezzanine in San Francisco. Good music, a good cause, and a chance to meet fellow travel entusiasts and get more information about how to travel around the world. Hope to see some of you there!

Sorry, missed that event since my RSS didn't kick in with your message until the following date. Did you see the image of Bantayan Island I posted a few days ago on my main SE Asia blog? Wow. Wanna go!

It looks nice, Carl -- I'll try to get there on my next trip to the Philippines (although I don't know how soon that will be).
