E-mail server move

For boring technical reasons, I’m moving to a new e-mail server (still hosted at the same location in Canada) and different e-mail and mailing list server software.

Because I’m having to manage the process remotely from a cybercafe here in Buenos Aires , it may take a little while to get everything working smoothly on the new server.

In the meantime, or if you’ve sent me an e-mail message recently and got no answer, don’t assume that I’ve received your message. If you need to reach me, call me at +1-415-824-0214. (I have an alternate emergency e-mail address, but I don’t want to post it publicly, to keep down the spam.)

Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

"Don't believe anything just because you read it on the Internet. Anyone can say anything on the Internet, and they do. The Internet is the most effective medium in history for the rapid global propagation of rumor, myth, and false information." (From The Practical Nomad Guide to the Online Travel Marketplace, 2001)
